The space is bright and inviting where all user groups have everything they require at their fingertips such as chemists, food stalls, retail shops, cafes, bookstores, restaurants and multifunctional spaces.
The restaurant has a relaxed feel to make all users feel calm in the centre of the city. The circulation of the space has also been considered to make sure that it is easily accessible for all users. As well as the seating options as they were also chosen to be considerate to the elderly to make sure they are comfortable at all times.
The hub is a place for users to relax in the quiet and take time out of their busy day. There is also a book swap service available for all users in this space. As well as function rooms that can also be booked out by groups for playing cards or just general meetings.
A void was placed in two positions of the building to bring natural lighting into the building and creating views of the city skyline. The signage was placed at eye level in black so that all signage can be seen easily as that is a issue in current retail precincts.

elderly. The ceiling feature has been designed in the shape of a family tree to represent connection between generations.
The retail space is very light and simplistic with minimal colour so that the garments are able to stand out and designed to draw users attention towards the products.
