The Benessere

The Benessere proposes the new way of food retail, by holistically connecting consumers to what they are eating. This space aims to push the food retail industry into a more slow practice, that tries to eradicate the instant gratification of fast food and unnatural preservation which is really harmful and leads to a wasteful society This is done through the concept of food-making workshops where users are able to come in and have the ability to bring fresh goods from home or buy fresh goods on-site where they learn how to cook nutritious foods to implement on to their everyday diet and learn about the quality of food.
